All orders placed with HighCom Security are subject to United States (U.S.) export control laws. Specifically, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) prohibits dealing with certain denied parties and end-users that may be involved in conventional weapons and weapons of mass destruction - chemical, biological, nuclear weapons, or missile technology. The EAR sets forth General Prohibitions that are applicable to U.S. technology and exports. The General Prohibitions concern export transactions that are prohibited by U.S. law and thus require a U.S. export license. The prohibitions that may concern your sales activities are:

1. End-users that are prohibited because they are on the Specially Designated Nationals List (SDN): Please refer to the current list at U.S. Department of the Treasury SDN List.

2. Countries under U.S. sanctions: Please refer to the current list at U.S. Department of the Treasury OFAC.

3.  Individuals who may appear on the denied persons list at Bureau of Industry & Security DPL.

4. End-users that may be manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.

5. Diversions to prohibited end-users or sanctioned countries, or to parties involved in proliferation!

Therefore, certain orders placed with HighCom Security may require a U.S. export license. HighCom Security will not violate or participate in the violation of U.S. law by selling to any of the above mentioned parties or affiliates of these parties.

To comply with the EAR, HighCom Security ensures that we do not sell to restricted parties through our dealers/distributors and/or end-users. To accomplish this, HighCom Security request that you provide necessary customer and end-user information on all orders, including but not limited to full name, country, and type of facility in addition to complete contact details for billing, shipping location, forwarder, and ultimate consignee including contact names, addresses, telephone, fax, and email information along with details of your relationship to said parties so that HighCom Security may screen the customer and/or end-user as required.
