Overview

The Edge®+Plus™ Series of flush mounted lightbars features combinations of strobe, halogen and Super-LED® warning in a range of configurations, including preconfigured models and build-a-bar models.

Flush mount lightbar with strobe, halogen, LED or combinations and options such as 3M® Opticom® and Smart Arrow Messenger®.

• Unique modular component strobe lightbar system.
• Models to fit around corners of upper chasis, mount on either side of rear doors and font or rear of upper chasis.
• Slim profile, surface mounts to upper chasis with four 3/8" (9.5mm) slide bolts.
• Optional custom lengths available in all models.

Features & Specifications:

• Replaces 4000 AdvantEdge+Plus Series and 5000 Super AdvantEdge+Plus Series Lightbars.
• Front mounted lenses and snap-in lighthead brackets allow for easy service of modules.
• Lightheads are mounted internally with snap-in brackets that requires no mounting hardware.
• Proven heavy-duty extruded aluminum housing.
• 360° expanded closed cell silicone sponge cord style gasket seals the lenses to the extrusion.
• Standard feature on some lightbars, ICC lights meet SAE J592 and J2042 requirements.
• Rear facing lightbars include a high mount center third brake light that is certified to SAE J1957 standards.
• New one-piece end lens cap.
• Rotators feature Whelen’s patented new dual ball bearing design with three year warranty.
• Lightbar mounts easily to chassis via four slide bolts.
