Overview

A complete line of signaling devices designed for the hazardous and “rough road” conditions that wear down emergency service vehicle equipment.

Industry standard 1157 halogen lamps are mounted in a relampable brass, chrome plated lamp socket and a stainless steel contact spring which are impervious to corrosion and moisture related failures. 

Highly efficient optic and Super-LED® technology makes a brake/tail/turn light that only needs one single light emitting diode (LED) to meet SAE standards for all vehicles including vehicles that exceed 80” in overall width. 

LED brake and taillights are the perfect choice for cost effective signaling in adverse weather and tough road conditions, offered in maximum and minimum versions. Maximum LEDs are brighter and more effective at wide angles than ever before. Encapsulated modules shrug off moisture, salt, chemicals and road shock. They are rated for 100,000 hours of low current, operation. While minimum brake and tail lightheads have fewer LEDs than our maximum models, they are still brighter and more effective at wide angles than incandescent models. Certified to meet the SAE requirements.

Halogen Series

• # 1157 style lamps are featured standard in the 600, 700 and 900 Series only.
• Mounting options sold separately.

Super-LED® Series

• Encapsulated Super-LED and hermetically sealed vinyl grommet mount light is compatible with competitive oval lights and fits in all applicable industry horizontal or vertical mounting accessories.
• Includes integral wires, or industry standard connector to mate with truck harness.
• Custom wire lengths and termination available.

LED Series

• Two flash patterns including the most effective pattern on the market today, Signal-Alert™, is standard. When LED is activated, Signal-Alert™ provides a 4 burst flicker before turning steady-on for a more eye-catching pattern.
• Dual mode intensities that can be used as a brake/tail/turn and exceed SAE specifications for the brightest, most effective signaling capability available.
• Five year HDP® Heavy-Duty Professional warranty.
• Mounting options sold separately.

Halogen Brake & Taillight Series 

500 Series

Small size lighthead with a wide variety of mounting options. Utilizes snap-in halogen bulb.

600 Series

Mid-sized directional, lighthead. Uses #1157 halogen bulb. Certified SAE and FMVSSA.

700 Series

Rectangular mid-sized lighthead. Uses #1157 halogen bulb. 700 Series has a newly designed gasket for mounting directly into a hole cut-out on the vehicle without using a housing or a flange. Certified SAE and FMVSSA.
