Overview

The Comprehensive Hook & Line (HAL) advanced tool kit combines all the functional ability of the 2nd generation and 4th generation kits. It contains all the necessary tools to carry out hook and line procedures in buildings and on vehicles. Twin color coded reels are included, and the kit comes complete in a case fitted with a foam insert.
