| Description | A high performance multizone walk-through metal detector that exceeds all international security standards | Overview | The HI-PE Multi Zone is a high performance walk-through metal detector that exceeds all international security standards. A “height on person” display indicates the actual location of a suspected weapon by means of illuminated LEDs.
Unlike metal detectors with multiple receiver-transmitter coils and fixed location zones, the HI-PE Multi Zone uses variable and continuous location zones to achieve optimum resolution. In addition to the standard “Floating” operating mode, the “8-Zone” and “4-Zone” operating modes allow the alarm threshold to be individually adjusted for each zone.
The HI-PE Multi Zone can be supplied with optional emergency batteries that operate automatically in the event of a power failure. The control unit is built-in and programming access is protected both by a mechanical lock and by alphanumeric passwords. An optional photocell transit counter enables statistical data collection. The washable panels are equipped with shock absorbent edges to protect against damage.
The HI-PE Multi Zone is manufactured using the most advanced electronics technology and conforms to ISO 9001 Quality Control Standard procedures.
