3D Poly Foam Non-Reactionary Targets & Mounts

Description 

Life-size, realistically colored targets are made of rugged urethane foam, with six styles to choose from. The basic target consists of a torso and head, which can be replaced separately as required. These targets can take up to 2500 rounds before requiring replacement. Accessories are available separately.

Targets mount to the MAD Robot using the DSP (D-Style Spike Plate) Target Mounting Adapter. The spikes of the adapter are pushed into the bottom of the target. The adapter, with the target attached, is set on top of the standard 28" (71 cm) Target Mounting Post and the set screws tightened.  A 1/4" Hex L-key is included. 

The HSM (Hostage/Suspect Mount) Target Mounting Adapter allows two targets to be mounted on a single MAD Robot. The main adapter consists of a single fitting on the bottom of a horizontal crosspiece. Two more fittings are mounted on the top of the crosspiece, about 21" (53.3 cm) apart.  The adapter includes two 5" (12.7 cm) and two 12" (30.5 cm) long mounting posts.

3D Plastic Targets & Mounts

Description

Molded plastic targets are life-size (5' 10" tall) and fully 3-dimensional. The movable joints allow them to be placed in a variety of positions for various scenarios. The basic target consists of a head, torso, arms and legs, which can be replaced separately as required. Accessories are available separately.

Also available in a half shell version with head and torso molded together; these are the most economical 3D targets available. While they do not provide a realistic rear view, they do facilitate recording hits with paper targets placed inside.

Targets mount to the MAD Robot using the SLP (Slip Fit) Target Mounting Adapter. The adapter consists of an oval flange fitting and a metal backing plate as well as fastening hardware. A 1/4" Hex L-Key for the set screws is also included. The target must be modified by drilling holes in the bottom of the torso to match the holes in the flange fitting. The backing plate is required for the half shell model but not for the full torso model. Mount Adapter for Poly Vinyl Targets

Description

The TMP (Tall Mounting Post) Target Mounting Adapter is used for mounting poly vinyl targets to the MAD Robot. This adapter replaces the standard 28" (71.1 cm) Target Mounting Post with a longer, 36" (91.4 cm) post. The post has a hole near the top for a steel clip (included) that keeps the target from slipping down the post and the target is secured to the post by tightening the clamp.

Mount Adapter for Standard Paper Targets

Description

The UTM (Universal Target Mount) Target Mount Adapter is used for mounting standard paper targets to the MAD Robot. The horizontal member of the target frame is drilled for two 3/8" bolts on 2" centers. For wood frames, 3" long bolts are supplied as well as fender washers and lock nuts.  A 1/4" Hex L-key is included as well.
